Gosh, this feels good to look at. I’m 164 in the pic at the left and around 180 on the right. Back pics: Nov 2012, 178 on the left. Right two are from today. Today I weighed 163. I think I’m going to see the 150s soon. I’m so happy with my progress; my approach has gotten much more moderate and my experience with weight loss feels a lot better versus trying to be extreme with it a couple years ago (which got me no where).
Diet has been low/moderate carb with moderate calorie restriction. Exercise has been climbing, hiking, biking, and some lifting. I hurt my left arm recently so I haven’t climbed for three weeks, but supplementing that with some kettlebell work and cycling. Hoping to get back on the rocks in another week.
